If your spending was saved in the old Google Sheet, an administrator can bring it into PesaPlan. Then you open your account with a code sent to your e-mail and choose a PIN. Nothing is lost, and the same record is never added twice.

No. PesaPlan opens in your browser. If you want it on your home screen, use "Install on my phone": it then opens full-screen like an app.
The screens open offline once installed. New spends you add offline are kept on your phone and sent when you reconnect. Reading your records needs a connection, because they are stored safely on the server rather than left on a shared phone.
They follow the bracket tables stored in the app, which you can view and change under Settings. Safaricom changes its tariffs from time to time, so check the tables against the current rates.
Tap "Forgot PIN" on the sign-in screen. We e-mail you a code, or you can answer a security question if you set one.
It is your account name, and how you get a code if you forget your PIN. It is never shown to other users.
No. You add what you spend. That keeps it simple and means nobody can reach your accounts through PesaPlan.
